Stress dealings

When stress pays us a visit, it plays a mind game with us. Some battles we win, others we lose.

Stress has a way of making us think that spaces are narrower and options are more limited when neither of those things are true. This is what skyrockets our anxiety levels and makes us behave out of character.

Everyone deals with stress and anxiety differently. There isn’t a single right way to deal with it. A good rule of thumb is to not say or do anything you’ll regret.
