Restful sleep
A good night’s rest is important. Recently, I’ve had terrible sleep due to some back issues. It has made me realize how much I take restful sleep for granted.
Tonight, go to bed early, empty your mind, and get your good rest in for the night. For some of us, that takes some discipline but it makes all the difference throughout the day.
Don’t rob yourself of restful sleep. You’ll regret it.
