Sunday is the day I reflect on my previous week and plan for the next.
I’ll take 15-30 minutes and review my tracked progress on goals, projects, and myself. Listing what worked, what didn’t, and what I learned is essential to move into the next week.
After writing that information down, I’ll plan the upcoming week by scheduling tasks on each day.
Each week is a new opportunity to advance ourselves, goals, and projects. Take time to ready yourself for the next week. You owe yourself that much.
