The end picture of something you started is like a juicy piece of steak that you can’t wait to eat.

For my vegan and vegetarian friends, replace “steak” with the fattiest most delicious piece of food you enjoy or simply a carrot.

The end picture is the meaty reason why you started your project or goal in the first place. At some point, you decided you wanted to start working on something because the effort was justified in your mind with what you could accomplish. That’s the meaty reason.

Get very well acquainted with your meaty reasons. You’ll need them when you’re amped up, lack motivation, or frustrated.
