Goal clutter
In recent years, many fields have adapted minimalistic design principles. One of those principles says that less is more – this is a principle that is effective in life overall.
Getting rid of unnecessary clutter in life can help you focus on things that truly matter. I’ve often caught myself trying to dabble into too many things only to find myself not being able to master anything.
Don’t get me wrong though, creating a long list of goals is great! All I’m suggesting is that you tackle a couple at a time. Focus on 2-4 goals at a time if you want the best results.
Keeping track of your progress also helps tremendously.
