Early bird or night owl?

Some claim that rising early increases productivity while others swear that going to bed a little later will help get things done. “Exercise is best in the morning” we hear, while others say that a workout in the evening works wonders.

So what’s best in the end?

Well, considering that we’re all unique and naturally dance to a different beat there is no right answer. Rising early in the morning is impossible for the third shift worker just like going sleep late can’t be what’s best for the person who starts work at 3am.

Try different things out. Who knows, maybe it’s neither morning or night and you pan out to be more of an afternooner. Perhaps you’ll go through seasons like myself since life changes with time.

Being productive isn’t a time of day, it’s a mindset. If you’re determined to accomplish something, you’ll find the time and place to get it done.
