Are there tools and systems that can help my sales process?

It’s time to save your energy and free up your time with tools and systems that streamline your sales process.

Earlier this week, you finished creating your sales process. Now, it’s time to polish it up by finding tools and systems to streamline it even better than it already is.

Your Action Items

Identify the following tasks in your sales process:

  1. A repetitive task that taxes your time the most.
  2. A complex task you that taxes your energy the most.
  3. A task which cannot be automated or simplified by a tool, but can be completed by someone other than yourself.

Next, research and create a list of a few tools and systems that could:

  1. Automate the repetitive task.
  2. Simplify the complex task.

If you’re ready to begin delegating tasks, then research a few freelancers or companies that you could delegate to.
