Being Fully Present

What does that mean? It means to be in the moment. No distractions. Interacting with the moment at hand completely.

Reading a paragraph and forgetting what it said a second laterĀ is not being fully present.

Working on a project for an hour with no progress is not being fully present.

Living with your spouse and finding no common ground is not being fully present.

The feeling of not connecting with God in prayer is a result of not being fully present.

Being fully present can change your life, perspective, and effectiveness.
